  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Shooting classification and results data

We use your personal information to:

  • Process bookings and payments
  • Manage your membership account
  • Publish competition results (name and scores only)
  • Send booking confirmations and event reminders
  • Send our newsletter (only if you’ve opted in)
  • Respond to enquiries

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Competition Results

By entering a competition shoot at Skelhorn Clays, you consent to your name and scores being published on our website and via Clay Ledger. If you wish to have your results displayed anonymously, please inform us before the event.

6. Newsletter

We only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any newsletter or contacting us directly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Membership data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 12 months. Booking data is retained for 24 months for accounting purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
